very unfriendly person at counter- had to tell her to be nice to me! Unexpected rudeness is a turn off towels were thin, not good separation of sound so hear people moving around upstairs. One bar of soap for two people. breakfast bar was lacking appealing food so we gave it a pass. For the money we spent, you could do a lot better. Feels like you're not in the hospitality business, you're in the make money business 1
