Friendly staff, clean room and good location. This accomodation is located nearby Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Market, and St. David Center. You can walk from the accomodation to Cardiff Bay in around 30 mins. Everything is accessible, it is suitable for short stay for backpacker, as there has no lift, so that's not good for carrying large luggage. The shower pump is not working well and the room sound insulation is not good. Also the room has no anti theft lock on door, the door only with an auto lock, and it's easy to open from outside.

The reception was really welcoming and the overall the location is really good. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so it will be a problem for people with mobility issues. Plus make sure to bring your own bodywash/shampoo/slippers. If not there are plenty of stores nearby boots,Superdrug,£land etc-you might not want to use 3in1 hand wash,bodywash,shampoo 😂.

We love the homely feeling of this hotel. The staff are all eager to help make your stay comfortable. Central location in Cardiff which means we can walk anywhere in the city centre. A little gem.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is very clean, with all the basic items provided. There is a hair dryer, a fan and a kettle. Amazing at such a price! Conveniently located and though there were pubs around it, we could not hear anything in our room. A thing to take note is there is no lifts though but otherwise everything is perfect. I must add that the frontdesk staff is polite and he allows us to store our luggage even after we have checked out.
