巨差 而且熱到和桑拿房一樣窗戶也不能開 沒有風扇沒有空調 千萬別住

服務很好，房間有熱水壺，位置好。距離火車站，車站，超市都很近。幾分鐘步行可以達到shopping mall。周邊景點都可以步行距離。電子門鎖，不用帶鑰匙或者卡。密碼進出。這點很便捷。 不好： 房間有玻璃沒窗戶，不能透氣。

The room is fantastic. It is clean, large and tidy. Everything was prepared, such as a hair dryer, a water boiler and shampoo. The location is also great. The only sad point is that I had requested a high floor to watch the trains, but the mirror seems to have been stuck with some layers, which blocked the view. Apart from this, everything was good and awesome. I would definitely book again when I travel to Cardiff!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍🏻

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Station to the hotel. The location is very convenient. However, there is no parking available, so it may be inconvenient for those traveling by car. I think it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. Please note that it is not the kind of hotel you would expect from Novotel or Ibis. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a window, but it could not be opened. The room had a hairdryer and a safe, but no refrigerator. カーディフ駅からホテルへ徒歩10分ほどで到著できます。 立地はとても良いです。 しかし駐車場は無く、車で移動される方には不便だとおもいます。 ただ寢泊まりする分には良いと思います。 ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルでは無いのでご注意ください。 部屋は広く、快適に過ごせました。 窓はありますが開閉ができないタイプのものでした。 ドライヤーや金庫はありますが冷蔵庫はありません。

Price was much more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Great location. The check-in time was 3PM but displayed here 2PM, called the number at the reception and the lady still let me check-in early. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, however I booked a double bed but it was 2 singles put into one. The water in the shower was way too hot though, I was twisting the knob and wait for each of them for a while but it’s just keep getting hotter so eventually I took mixed it the cold water from the faucet pour it in the tub. Overall nice experience

Only the location is good.. Not clean and very old hotel. Also no air conditioning they provide a fan if you ask for one. The staff were good trying their best to help.

Good value for the price，Nothing fancy, but everything worked as expected and check-in/out was smooth.

Solo travelling. The location was amazing as it was easy to walk around but also drive too. The hotel is under renovation, so some windows are covered depending on where on the view but I think that’s minor. Definitely will be back next time I’m in Cardiff. Thank you.

I was really disappointed with my stay, particularly with the service and overall lack of professionalism. When I arrived, I was told that I had already checked in, even though I clearly hadn’t. It took quite a while for the staff to sort it out, and eventually they admitted that a colleague had made a mistake before they could finally give me my room. The luggage storage experience was also concerning. When I left my bag with them, they simply put it aside without giving me any tag, receipt, or form of identification. I specifically asked how they would know the bag belonged to me, or what would happen if someone else took it by mistake. The staff member just told me, “It’s fine, no need.” This felt incredibly careless and unprofessional, especially when handling guests’ belongings. The room itself wasn’t much better. The mattress was noticeably sunken in the middle, so when lying down, I felt like I was constantly sliding towards the centre of the bed. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not what I would expect from a hotel. Overall, the biggest issue was the staff and the way things were handled. From the check-in mistake to the casual approach to luggage storage, the whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.
