Overall, it was a good experience. The reception staff was a bit rude. Room service was not satisfactory. It was overpriced. The AC was not working, and there was no ventilation.

Great hotel and great location. Booked a large Suite but was only given a superior room. Only noticed when was rebooting another date!!

Visited here for NYE for a couple of days in cardiff with close friends and it was amazing and we all loved it. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful and the amenities were great and got plenty of use from our party (pool,spa etc). 99/100% we will definitely be returning! Thankyou amd happy new years ! 🙌👏
