Très satisfait de mon séjour ! Je suis très très satisfait de cet appart'hôtel ! C’était bien au-delà de mes attentes. C’est un endroit chaleureux, très propre, bien organisé, et tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Le personnel est extrêmement poli, accueillant et attentionné. J’ai été particulièrement touché par l’accessibilité pour les personnes en situation de handicap — tout est adapté et vraiment confortable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Comfort Aparthotel Carcassonne, ainsi qu’à 訂房網站, par lequel j’ai réservé en ligne. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Je recommande ce lieu sincèrement !

Tiene todo lo necesario y más para cocinar, descansar, etc. Solo le falta tener algún canal en español. Tienes que coger coche pero está bien ubicado y el parking es muy cómodo de utilizar, gratuito y muy seguro. El personal de recepción es amable y tiene una piscina con unas mesas y hamacas, que si te sale buen tiempo y te apetece bañarte tiene buena pinta.

Una vergüenza de sitio. Sucísimo. En la cocina imposible hacer nada, no calientan los fuegos. El baño y camas, lleno de pelos de aquel sitio.... sin calefacción. Asqueroso
