The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast selection is good. Everyone is friendly and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again

I really liked this hotel. The location is tricky because it’s really dead center in the CBD so it’s very busy outside the hotel. But inside the hotel the decor is really beautiful. There’s a bar space upstairs which is nice and the waiters were pretty pleasant. Room was comfortable. They close the doors late at night so I started to panic trying to get in but eventually there was a person on standby to open for me.

Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal bei allen Services. Das Fühstück ist amerikanisch geprägt (Toast, Eierspeisen, Speck, Marmelade, Ahorn-Sirup, Muffins, Obst), wie auch das Speiseangebot für das Abendessen. Gute Schallisolierung zur Long Street bei unserem Zimmer im 2. Stock. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt von Kapstadt sind vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wie auch das Bo-Koop-Viertel. Leider war die Rooftop-Bar wegen Wartungsarbeiten außer Betrieb.
