Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our 訂房網站. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again.

Das Pepperclub 5Sterne Hotel bietet alles was das Leben schöner macht.Gelegen in der Innenstadt,und Dank des kostenlosen Shuttle Busse schnell an der Waterfront.Super Service den ich täglich genutzt habe.Mein Luxus Studio machte meinen Aufenthalt sehr konfortabel.Leider war die große Terrasse unmöbeliert,und gegenüber eine Großbaustelle.Trotzdem mit direkten Blick zum beeindruckenden Lionshead und zum Signal Hill..Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden etwas in großer Auswahl.Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A beautiful hotel, centrally located with easy access to sight seeing locations and shopping. The staff were kind and friendly and the service excellent! Would definitely return again for a little staycation.

The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor. Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable.

Overall the stay was great, but finding mould in the in the vent in the toilet was an uncomfortable surprise. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly; however one staff member would sing and speak really loudly to no one in particular while tending the bar.

The hotel has free shuttle to the water Front. Breakfast coffee need extra charge with very high prices. Don’t order the coffee if necessary!!!!! The room needs to renew
