Stayed for two nights. Booking online was without a hassle and a follow up call to the service desk confirmed that all is well. We stayed in a non smoking room on the second floor. No spectacular Cape Town views, however was good for the purpose that we booked for, namely to be close to an exam location. Staff friendly and helpful, Connor is a star!

The guys at the reception were so friendly, informative and quick to response to needs. The housekeeping team were on point delivering the best help and service. The area is quiet secure and safe for a holiday with a large N1 mall close by / few meters away. Love the period of my stay Pictures below are from the mall nearby and from waterfront the long walk

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I really liked the receptionist. He was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable. The one issue I had with this hotel, is the bathroom. There was only a sliding door, and it only allowed privacy for the toilet and the sink. The shower was open to the entire room. It is therefore impossible to take a shower and have privacy if you’re not alone.

The hotel was nice, neat and the staff was friendly. they could do more effort with the shampoo/soap supplement.

Had to wait hour for us to get our booking confirmed They call me to said that I forgot my wife hand bag in the room I went back and no one was able to tell me where it was until today
