The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room lovely and clean. The squeaky floorboards in the bedroom just awful and I wish I had known about the noise from outside before booking this place because although they warn you at check in it is too late to change your mind. Music pumping until the early hours so not much sleep at all. The free coffee and biscuits in the communal area was a nice touch.

Good location, very clean and staff were helpful and friendly only issue the floors make a lot of noise as it’s wooden and it starts to get quite annoying as every step you take there’s a noise

The staff were not that helpful.The service was quite poor.There was no people to assist with our luggage on arrival after I called them and confirmed we were on the way.The hotel was reasonably clean and the room had a balcony which was nice,but it will very noisy from the places around the hotel which are mostly bars that has loud music.I would not recommend this place for a good nights sleep.Go there is you want to party and bar hop.

+Удобное расположение отеля к магазинам. Кафе. В наличии чай, кофе, сахар сливки!! В номере чайник, холодильник. Удобная кровать. Номер был с большой верандой! -с 8 утра до 18 ч рядом идет стройка, пыль, грязь, шум!! С 19 ч и до 4 утра играет музыка из прилегающих клубов!! Зеркала и стекла в номере содрогаются!! Очень слабый wi-fi . Очень сильно скрипит деревянный пол в номере!! Для спокойного отдыха этот отель не рекомендуем!!

Good part of town, however is located above a nightclub and hence music pumped all night Sat & Sun, finishing at 4am! Could not fault the 24 hrs service and amenities.

房間好大，有24小時前台服務，staff服務態度非常好!但位於酒吧街位置，所以夜晚相對嘈吵，地下更加會有震動，未必能夠睡一覺好的。 另外在酒店外等車期間，差點兒被搶去電話，有點兒危險。staff亦都透過CCTV即刻落嚟幫忙，加上附近好多警察巡邏，幸好告一段落！
