I had already left a review after my first stay, and now I’ve come back to this hotel again — which probably says a lot in itself. It was especially nice to see that the staff were genuinely happy to see me again. I really felt that they remembered me and were happy to welcome me back, which made the stay feel even more special. As for the breakfast situation I mentioned in my previous review, it didn’t happen again — we simply asked another waitress to take our orders, and everything went perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed my second stay even more than the first. If I come back to Cape again, I would definitely choose Charles Hope once more. I could honestly keep coming back here again and again!

Location is inside CBD but 2 main issues which I underestimated before I confirmed booking: 1. the clubs nearby were running late night on Fri and Sat - it was so noisy to the extent your room can hear the music and the walls feel the beat at 1am 2. the onsite car park is actually not really inside the hotel building but opposite to the hotel building, so you need to cross the street (30 sec away). It closes at 8pm so if you need to park or drive after 8PM, you need to look for hotel staff to open the gate for you

Really beautiful rooms and location - it will be amazing once finished but while we stayed it was still undergoing construction and the pool wasn’t ready. However they did allow us to use the pool in the hotel opposite (this was also undergoing maintenance/construction when we visited) Would defiantly return in the future once completed ✨🤩

Neues Hotel in guter Lage.
