The staff member was lovely and helpful. Thank you. The unit/cabin was newly built and perfect for my needs with kitchenette items, TV, nice sitting chair with cushions, a nice painting and lovely sized bathroom and shower. However no WiFi and there was No reception which was hard as I needed to work and plan my 訂房網站 today. 12 hrs no phone access felt like a sentence?

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spotless presentation and cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful local tips. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing, and wonderful place to stay, look no further. it is at a great location but still in construction at some part of the venue, a bit inconvenience about the parking as quite narrow, if you have a big car then would be difficult overall it is a simple and basic room, it does the job and comfortable bed, dinning table in the room make the room small clean but a bit small to walk around if for two people

Отличное местоположение отеля, рядом с пляжем и прямо на перекрестке Труманс роуд. Заселение быстрое, все подсказали, можно заселиться и без участия персонала, все инструкции в брони. Номер чистый, уютный, есть холодильник, микроволновка, тостер, чайник, столовые приборы. Советую.

The hotel experience was a bit confusing from the start. The hotel name appears to have changed (something like “Eden”), but there was no prior notice or email to inform us. This made check-in unclear and slightly stressful, as we weren’t sure if we were at the correct place. During check-in, the receptionist was not very welcoming and didn’t clearly explain the name change or provide helpful information. The service could definitely be improved in terms of communication and customer care. The facilities were acceptable, but the overall experience was affected by the lack of clear communication and service attitude. I hope the hotel can improve by informing guests in advance and providing a more professional and friendly check-in experience.
