位置滿分，服務9分，辦理入住嚴格遵守15點原則，提前15分鐘到了都要坐bar等待，而且旁邊已經有好幾撥人在等了，有點過於死板，早餐還算可以！

超級好的一家旅店，房間相當寬敞，設施也很新，特別是前台的小姐姐們態度是相當的好，特別是那個非洲小姐姐，不僅人美，工作態度非常值得表揚，看到我腳有點不方便，在幫我叫了出租車後，讓我坐在前台等司機消息，車到後，幫我把行李箱坐二樓拎到一樓，再拎到出租車上。為什麼説是拎而不是推，因為我的行李箱出來20多天了，四輪都壞了，推不動了。非常感謝她的熱情幫助。可惜沒拍照。

酒店位置很好，房間也蠻大的，這個價錢在英國算是性價比高的，唯一缺點房間裡沒有冰箱，不過對面就是超市冰箱需求不算高，離教堂也近

酒店地點很方便。對面是waitrose，旁邊是Tesco express。 離市中心很近，走路5-10分鐘就到。離University for the Creative Arts （UCA） 也很近，走路就到。 他們的早餐蠻好吃的。服務也很好，如果再去還是會住這酒店的。

A standard Premier Inn... room was clean and modern, the rest of the hotel a little tired but for the price and what I expected it was totally fine. An easy stroll into Canterbury, but you do need to walk through an underpass which some people may find problematic esp. late at night, but I am sure it's safe. WiFi is throttled to encourage you to upgrade... not a fan of this.

Pros. Traditional premier inn style： Comfortable beds Plenty of space Friendly staff Good value for money and tasty food Convenient location Cons. Internet is very unstable I stayed here for three days and there was no house keeping at all, even the towels were not changed!
