Io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate bene per quanto riguarda la posizione, centrale e tranquilla, vicinissima sia all’aeroporto che alla spiaggia. C’è il servizio spa a pagamento, palestra e piscina libera a tutti. Per quanto riguarda i pasti, varia scelta, unica pecca, riguardante la cena, le bevande escluse come anche solo l’acqua.

Schönes Hotel an der Playa de Palma. Eher einfache Zimmer und im Bad könnte mal etwas gemacht werden. Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war zunächst etwas skeptisch bzgl. der Lage, aber das erwies sich als unbegründet - der Fluglärm hielt sich durchaus in Grenzen und war nicht störend. Vieles ist sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar, in der Nähe sind ein paar nette Bars und Restaurants. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Aussicht, der Pool dort oben eher klein und taugt eher als Erfrischung anstatt richtig zu schwimmen…Aber der ganz große Pool ist ja direkt vor der Tür. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, da war ich wirklich positiv überrascht vom Angebot, Präsentation und Auswahl!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.
