Everything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special. We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Great little hotel. Really clean. Easy to find. It is up a hill so a bit of a trek with luggage but only around 5-10 mins to town depending on where you’re going (downhill). Super friendly staff with excellent English. The only negative was that we were on the ground floor so there’s a bit of noise with people coming in and out and the breakfast being prepped and served, but that didn’t bother us as we were up and out early both mornings.

Non penso si possa volere di più! Hotel ristrutturato di recente con gusto. La nostra stanza era della giusta dimensione, ben arredata con un letto comodo e un bellissimo bagno e una vista da quadretto tipico della cotes. A due passi dal centro ma fuori dal caos delle passeggiate principali. Parcheggio comodo ed economico(Ve lo consiglio) e colazione buonissima (Ve la stra consiglio!) L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff però sono il vero valore aggiunto! A Cannes sono venuto molte volte e spero di poter tornare presto ancora in questo bellissimo piccolo Hotel! Grazie ancora di tutto!

If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Cannes without sacrificing location, Hôtel Albert 1er is a fantastic choice. It offers unbeatable value for money in a city that can often be very pricey. What truly made the difference, though, was the hospitality. A special mention has to go to the receptionist Anna non duty.. Great location, fair rates, and exceptional staff. I would happily stay here again!

Es un hotel pequeño, tranquilo y privado.  Ofrecen un buen desayuno por 15€/persona, pero todo es justo. Se nota que están ofreciendo poco y de calidad media. El café y es buen, el omelette también y lo preparan para cada uno.  La habitación tenía una terraza muy  linda y con una vista bonita, pero desafortunadamente no estaba limpia (ojas de árboles y de los pisos).  Sin duda volveríamos a reservar.

Se cercate tranquillità a 5 minuti di cammino dal porto di Cannes questo Hotel è perfetto. Hotel piccolo a conduzione familiare con particolare attenzione ai dettagli e alle necessità degli ospiti.  Molto accogliente sia la struttura che le stanze con la pulizia eccellente. Colazione perfetta servita sia all’Interno che nella piccola terrazza ombreggiata da un pergolato.  Offre a pagamento anche il parcheggio per le auto.  Se dovrò tornare a Cannes sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta.  Aldo
