Don’t believe everything you see in the pictures. The actual condition was quite different, especially when it came to cleanliness and maintenance. The walls and bathroom showed clear signs of wear, dampness, and poor upkeep, and some fixtures also needed repair. That said, for this budget, you can’t really expect luxury or a high-end experience. The location was good and the service was average. If you’re looking for a very affordable place and keep your expectations realistic, it may be okay—but definitely don’t expect it to look exactly like the pictures.

Honestly, it felt like I'm being scammed by the hotel. 1) I booked a studio apart, with mini kitchen and Refrigerator ON THE IMAGE, but I got a standard room without any of I've mentioned above. I've complained to the apart, they said they've already given correct room, and NO SOLUTION AT ALL, no compensation too. 2) the apart CS already sent door code, but not working. They sent another code 2-3 times, and finally already correct. The strange thing is, when I went out and came back again, the code change again. What if all the code are incorrect, and we need to contact the CS over and over again? The CS also sometimes slow respond. 3) some of furniture are rotten. TV remote is not working. The bed is squeaking. Not recommended. After complaining to 訂房網站, thankfully they understood what I feel and giving me compensation in the form of points. Thanks 訂房網站 team!

lokasinya strategis babget bisa kemana mana, kebersihan juga oke, service juga bagus, dan emang nyaman banget so far, akan selalu balik lagi kesini kalau ada waktu ke semarang🫶🏻
