フロントスタッフはとても親切でしたが 立地はあまり治安の良くない場所でした。 ただ道路渡ってむかいの商店と2軒のタコス屋さんのファミリーがとても親切で、また行きたいと思いました。 アメニティは、コンディショナードライヤーがありません。 あと最初の夜にゴキブリが出たので部屋を変えてもらいました。ただ値段を考えると相応かと思います。

I stay there for 14 days and 1 st days check in, and that time communicate issue, receptionist not English at all and I stay 14 day and return back to my home town,when I at airpot i notice that,i forget my samsung phone ad charger and samsung watch in my room, I call to hotel reception and she said one words, "no English"and that time one of my friend stay at cancun and I call him and go to hotel and check it out but they refuse to go inside the room and finally answer, nothing in the room. That's why please check everything before you left this hotel otherwise it's over.
