自助餐非常差，早餐非常差，挺後悔定這個全包的價格，很小的酒店，但是到海非常近，海景房很漂亮，游泳池不錯，11點就退房，不好。不會再來了。

酒店顯示14點入住，到16點都沒有收拾好，12點退房，到12點立刻來敲門的！時間觀念是墨西哥風格吧？早中晚餐自助餐免費，海景房很OK，這家酒店沒有Wi-Fi！沒有Wi-Fi！沒有Wi-Fi！重要的事情講清楚，甚至國際漫遊或其他手機卡信號都很差！想蹭網去廁所🚽馬桶坐著或許能連接幾秒鐘沒有密碼的Wi-Fi；毛巾不乾淨需要用卡片換毛巾（一股味兒），房間沒有浴巾和毛巾；床很舒服，電梯需要繞很大一圈才能找到；看海視頻發下去了，海景房OK，湖景不建議！可以看日出🌅

Por tercera ocasión me hospede en este hotel, me parece tranquilo, accesible, limpio, excelente ubicación. Pero lo que mas recomiendo son sus habitaciones suite jr las cuales tienen vista al mar y alberca privada un lujo de habitación

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es perfecta frente a un mar turquesa inigualable. Las instalaciones son lindas y en constante mantenimiento. Los puntos débiles son las comidas, donde falta calidad y variedad. También falta calidez y capacitación en la atención del personal aunque esto no aplica a todo el personal.

Our reservations were screwed up, we had requested 2 beds ( brother and sister traveling together) we where give not 1 but 2 different rooms with 1 bed . The supervisor at the front desk was very very rude, she claimed that when we booked with 3rd party sites like 訂房網站 we are not guaranteed bed preferences we take what's available. I said no way we are in our 60's that's not right. After waiting for more than 2 hours we were told that a room was made available. But like I said the ***** working as the supervisor is not for costumer service, the rest of the staff was very nice. Would I recommend No there's much nicer hotels in Cancun this one is very outdated it's falling apart.

Nice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center. Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small. All in all the hotel is recomendable.

We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Absolutamente todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel: muy atento, amable y hospitalario. Nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto! Muy agradecida. Las instalaciones son lindas y muy bien mantenidas. La limpieza excelente. La comida se suele repetir pero es variada. Los tragos ricos. Volveremos!
