酒店房問看到破舊的傢俱、走廊地毯一股臭味，房間也盡是難聞味道，而且床墊非常臟，床單有毛且不千凈，沒有冰箱、微波爐，幾乎沒有任何東西。衹有一間浴室、兩張床和一張桌子。前台接待員態度惡劣，客戶服務為零。若不是訂的接送行程都是這家酒店，重新下單行程有些已滿而 無法預訂到，且己飛了近30來個小時太累的話，真的一天都不想佳。差差差！一言難盡！

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

I was mistaken about the location and thought I was booking the Krystal Cancun hotel which is located a few miles away in the beach. However the Krystal Urban is a sister hotel and had a free round 訂房網站 shuttle to take guests over and let them stay all day enjoying the beach and pools. The room service was very friendly and prompt. The breakfast buffet was good, however we felt invisible because the waitstaff completely ignored us if we asked for coffee. We finally asked the manager and he acted completely bothered. Don’t even bother to ask for cream either cause you will never get it. The dinner menu prices we very reasonable but 3 nights in a row they didn’t have the ravioli nor the brownie with ice cream. The chicken soup, spaghetti and especially the lemon cake were delicious !!! The pool is super small. The picture makes it look larger. The staff was very friendly at the front desk, room service and the Starbucks.

If needed to be honest I would say check if there’s a better place for the price might be planning to pay for Krystal. I believe there’s more choice out there if only you’re not in high season

I waited over 2 hours to be checked in only to be given a room that was occupied , the service at the Krystal was pathetic and professional the staff could hardly communicate in English , the hotel room I asked for was meant to be a smoke free room yet smelled bad , I would never recommend this hotel

It’s a nice hotel, with the pool. I travelled to Cancun in its high season and didn’t quite like the changing price. One hour it get’s higher, the next hour price drops 2 times cheaper and back. The check in process was sooo long, I almost fainted because of the exhaustion. The lady that offers tours around the city near the lobby gave me a phone number of the guy who ended up being a tour guy (didn’t quite get the idea why I couldn’t book it within hotel and had to call up some guy from outside the hotel). The guy ended up calling and sending me thousands of messages which was quite annoying because he would say it’s 100, then he has a discount for me; then he says good buy, then he gets back to me and begs to join the tour - so I blocked him. Breakfast was not included. Near the hotel there’s a shopping mall, Walmart is in 10-15 minutes walk. No iron, no kettle, just a coffee machine and water (2 small bottles). Cleaning every day. The pool and the beds are fine. Overall experience Is 3/5. I’ve seen better hotels for this price.

A good one for a couple of nights, not for a long stay
