坎昆克里斯塔爾城市酒店及海灘俱樂部 (Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club)

酒店總體比較乾淨，房間很大，但是桌子偏小。訂房時顯示送一張免費海灘俱樂部通行證，也收到了酒店確認的郵件。但到前台詢問如何使用時被告知要連住2晚以上才可以，而我衹住了一晚，不能使用，空期待了一場。

酒店房問看到破舊的傢俱、走廊地毯一股臭味，房間也盡是難聞味道，而且床墊非常臟，床單有毛且不千凈，沒有冰箱、微波爐，幾乎沒有任何東西。衹有一間浴室、兩張床和一張桌子。前台接待員態度惡劣，客戶服務為零。若不是訂的接送行程都是這家酒店，重新下單行程有些已滿而 無法預訂到，且己飛了近30來個小時太累的話，真的一天都不想佳。差差差！一言難盡！

Había pedido una habitación con cama extra grande y el administrador absolutamente negligente no quiso cambiar la habitación con dos camas que me dieron. Afortunadamente el señor de recepción ayudó pero la actitud malísima.

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

En general bien y cumple con lo necesario

I was mistaken about the location and thought I was booking the Krystal Cancun hotel which is located a few miles away in the beach. However the Krystal Urban is a sister hotel and had a free round 訂房網站 shuttle to take guests over and let them stay all day enjoying the beach and pools. The room service was very friendly and prompt. The breakfast buffet was good, however we felt invisible because the waitstaff completely ignored us if we asked for coffee. We finally asked the manager and he acted completely bothered. Don’t even bother to ask for cream either cause you will never get it. The dinner menu prices we very reasonable but 3 nights in a row they didn’t have the ravioli nor the brownie with ice cream. The chicken soup, spaghetti and especially the lemon cake were delicious !!! The pool is super small. The picture makes it look larger. The staff was very friendly at the front desk, room service and the Starbucks.
