自助餐的東西比較新鮮。海灘貌似不歸酒店管，沙灘上都要額外收費，最好就躲在酒店裡。沙灘上的水上活動會被強製要求20美金小費，6張照片60美金，是個韓國人🤏收費，跟他説自己是中國人他就不強迫了。 設施：很舒適🤤WiFi全覆蓋 衞生：很乾凈，有個小哥哥每天來打掃 環境：很乾凈，可以跟酒店服務員無限要毯子 服務：基本上衹要你想要的都有🤤

Food was very good and plentiful. We had a problem with the location of our room and they gave us a super upgrade at N/C. They were very helpful at the check-in desk. I'd go back.

We, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.
