酒店地理位置還好，本來去city center很近，但由於現在修路，步行卻需要半小時。 是四星級中規中矩的酒店，但酒店比較老舊， 房間不大，門上沒有門鏡， 發現洗手池下水較慢。mini bar 很多選擇，但價格需要上網查。還有停車需要繳費。

因為公共節假日+長週末，價格翻了一番還有多差不多2000一晚上。酒店能看得出來是翻新過的但還是看起來比較舊，雖然設施陳舊但衞生條件不錯。

房間小，設施很差！早餐按人配餐。床墊軟到一塌糊塗！周邊在修建道路，很吵（當然，這個修建好以後就不會吵了）最最最關鍵是前台白人瘦高個小哥，態度及其惡劣，對國人有歧視。確實讓人有非常不舒服的感覺！為了記住以後不住這個酒店，專門挑了最最最漂亮的照騙。也告訴大家，前台白人小哥要提防！！！

Breakfast ＞ could deal with more options. Coffee was good though. The parking situation (pay $30 for parking, yet for it to be “first come first serve” is so incredibly frustrating. Hotel lounge area has a fun politics theme, so I did enjoy that (being the nerd I am). The location isn’t the best, heaps of roadworks, pretty baron, you need a car or uber to get around. Staff were friendly.

From first arrival staff friendly and helpful. From front desk to bar and cleaners always happy to help out and answer any questions. Amazing location and will recommend to everyone. Amazing lake views.

Very good hotel. Everything is perfect, by the notable exception of the breakfast. You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee. Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits... Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!
