I was here for 3 weeks. Paid in advance. I was moved to a new room after the first night. The new rooms tv didn’t work. I ask to have it repaired, they said it’s Tet. After the holiday they still didn’t fix it. The AC had issues, it was leaking water on the floor. I slipped fell, cut my arm on the way down. I’ve stayed here in the past with out some many issues. Oh and they only cleaned the room twice in 3 weeks.

They ask me to move to another room, which I did. The new room had a broken tv. I asked to have it repaired they said after the holiday. 11 days now without tv. The hot water only works on day a week， if you’re lucky. They have it, just chose not to have it turned on. I won’t stay here again.

Of all the hotels I stayed at in Vietnam, 4 now. This is by far the most helpful, the most appointed and by far my favorite. My tho, the manager is a gem. I would never stay in Can Ranh any anywhere else at any price. Her help to me has been… epic. Thanks for all you’ve done.

This is what works in Cam Ranh. Only occasionally do you have hot water. They only clean the room once a week.
