Good,comfortable hotel

We booked this travel lodge as my mum had to be at the papworth hospital earlier The next morning, my mum had to have oxygen and the lady on reception was rude to her didn’t speak to her directly but referred to her and disable all the time, we had oxygen delivered to the room which I confirms with another staff member over the phone a few days before we arrived and was told It wasn’t a problem, we ended up needing an engineer out as the oxygen wasn’t working and we just got tutted at by said staff member, when we made a complete to the travel Lodge all we got was you booked via a third party so there own staff wasn’t a problem, would stay here again if I was paid too, rude with no need to be

Clean, basic hotel with helpful staff. Would recommend but someone was spying and commenting on my actions in my private room. I did inform the Reception Desk. Services area needs some more active supervision to stop male tarts soliciting / pernicious, slandering females with kids endangering customers' wellbeing.

24/7 front desk. clean room. good responses. 20 min to city centre but very affordable price. free parking
