Excellent location , cheap price and very huge serving meals it feeds up to 2 persons. but so many cockroaches inside room & bathroom.

Near from LRT1 Yamaha Monumento Satation. Waiting lobby aircon is cooler than room aircon. We saw many cockroaches in room and toilet. Better than nothing.

Located right down the road from a good sized sm mall and surrounded by lots of cool small shops. There is also a train station above the area with an entrance not too far away if u want to navigate public transit. You get what you pay for here and I was satisfied with my stay.

4 nights ang stay namin dahil sa 3-day board exam. Here's my detailed review. Pros: Very friendly po yung receptionists, guards and staffs. Igigreet ka nila everytime mapapadaan ka and minsan chichikahin ka din. Kapag nagrequest ka ng room service, mabilis din po sila. Very professional. Very accessible din yung place. Paglabas mo kahit saan ka lumingon, may kainan na. Malapit lang din sa drugstores and walking distance to grocery stores and SM. Pwede ring magjeep. Pwedeng magcharge since may 1 socket sila sa gilid ng vanity table. May free bottled water din po sila everyday. Kung anong oras ka nag-check-in, ganung oras din check-out. Akala ko susundin yung sched dito sa app. May table din for foods and vanity table w/ mirror for your make ups. Cons: Need lang po siguro na ma-control pa yung small cockroaches kasi medyo madaming nagtatago and yung tv na natapat po sa amin ay may lines na sa screen so need magtiis if manonood. Hindi rin kami mailipat ng room dahil fully booked sila that time. Overall 5 stars kasi bawi naman sa kindness ng staffs hahaha. Thank you so much, Hotel 99!

They assisted me well. They delivered my food as what they said it was good. I stayed there for 2nights and it was nice it's so near with everything and the only problem I see is that theres a lot of small cockroaches, but they assist me immediately to spray pesticide in my room.
