第二次入住。房間依舊很好。而且這次入住發現洗衣和烘乾機都是免費使用的。但是酒店早上的機場送機服務很差很混亂，把給我預訂的出租車給了別人，然後酒店臨時花了20分鐘叫車，不僅機場lounge沒去成，飛機都差點上不去。如果以後趕早班機，絕對不能用酒店的送機服務。

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL on Trip! Front desk staff did not accept prepaid checkin voucher when I arrived. It took several minutes, a call to Trip and much discussion, showing of documents and receipts, until clerk finally called senior staff. Poor training? Maybe. Rude and unpleasant? Absolutely! Apologetic? Definitely not! Last time I will stay here no matter how I book.

房間很好，很大很乾凈。提供出租車機場來回免費接送。廁所內西柚肥皂很好聞。但是酒店竟然牙膏發完了？？？很不能理解。早飯傳統西人餐，味道也就那樣。

A “suite” hotel with limited cooking facilities in room, a generous desk for work but no dining space. While rooms are clean, they feel cramped and dark. The covered outdoor bbq area with dining tables and chairs is pleasant, but small given size of hotel. There is a small workout area and a laundry room which is heavily used. There is no provision for breakfast for guests with early morning departures. Most disappointing and surprising, it is no longer possible to leave a car parked while you vacation or travel— even if you plan to return for an additional night when you return. This is the first time I have encountered this policy at a Calgary airport hotel.
