La situación es mi buena si no quieres quedarte en el centro de Calgary, lo tienes casi todo ( aeropuerto, centro, zona de compras...) a unos 15 minutos en coche. Relación calidad precio, de lo mejor de Calgary. Único defecto es que te cogen un depósito de 350$ y tardan una semana en devolverlo y que el early chek in es bastante caro. Llegue a las 14.00 y me quisieron cobrar un precio similar al de un dia completo, pues el chek in es a las 16.00

This was a transit hotel for us before catching a cinnecting flight the next day. We arrived by taxi at about 10:00pm. The corridor carpet seemed in need of changing or clened. There were no dringking bottled water available in the room n no room service available. So, I had to wander out onto the street, but no shops nearby. Had to go out the hotel again to nearby wholesale mart in the morning in search of drinking water. Breakfast served were below average n why bother putting out signage at front for the suttle bus stop when there's no service available.

We've never come across this kind of experience before,my wife's sister in-law has gone to heaven, that's why we've to cancel the Hotel booking. It's a free cancellation show on the booking page, but the Hotel said "No". That's why we didn't come to Calgary and never stayed a night at the Hotel. If you kindly fix this case, we'll book Hotel from you in the future, thanks for your kindly help. We're seniors, both of us are over 70 years old, thanks God, we have a good life! We still can travel in Europe and Asia every year!!

공항이동 전 묵었는데 넓고 좋았어요. 가성비 최고. 히터는 타는 냄새가 좀 나서 안키고 잤어요 주차장도 엄청 여유로워서 좋았어요

Good location for me to visit clients in Downtown. Stayed here for 2 nights, the queen room was clean & comfortable; devices in the room worked well. The check-in staff was polite and great to deal with. it will be better if they can provide free breakfasts.

Rooms are basic, not so big, bathroom and facility is clean, convenient location (close to the airport) Staffs are friendly, check in and check out was very easy, no hassles.
