房間衞設備設施雖然舊一點，但衞生不錯，價格便宜，停車方便，但前台服務真的不咋樣，不能理解前台正常給我辦入住，有主管類人員過來和前台説話，而且是無關緊要的話，我就傻站著等他們説話。 房卡第一次開還了門，又折騰下樓，又重新排隊換卡，還反覆問我用對了不？我傻嗎，門不會開？服務差評。

房間夠大，熱水充足，前台印度姑娘以前一個小時給房卡我，感謝她。如果能像附近的酒店一樣提供免費機場接送就太好了。

Great value for a short term stay near the YYC, with turn off from major road BarlowTrail NE. The front entrance is a bit confusing if approaching from the rear industrial area. Staff were friendly and professional, usual hotel damage deposit and person staying in expectation. The room was very spacious and clean, although a bit dated. AC was a bit louder than expected, but was able to sleep through. I didn't have time to use the amenities (pool and gym).

別來，很舊味道大，房間都是土，洗澡洗一半沒熱水了。管理也比較亂，酒店花了很久才查到我的預訂。餐廳一個小時不出餐還上錯了

We stayed at Divya Sutra not once, but twice. The gym was nice, albeit lacking a treadmill and hip pads, and with broken ellipticals and stationary bikes, and the pool looked cleanly but was full of little gremlins. The bed was rather stiff the first time, but greatly improved the second time around with thicker sheets provided. The front staff were rude, especially Divya, but got the job done. Hope to get our deposit(s) back soon!

**Extremely Disappointing – Would Not Recommend** I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a major letdown on all fronts. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. Asking simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, and we were repeatedly given incorrect or misleading information. The rooms—regardless of category—are seriously overpriced for what you get. Everything felt old, run-down, and poorly maintained. Our room had a persistent bad smell, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with an awful sulfur-like odor coming from the drain. Definitely not what you'd expect, especially at this price point. To make matters worse, they took advantage of Stampede week by increasing prices up to 10 times the normal rate. For what we paid, we could have stayed at a true luxury hotel elsewhere. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not return and certainly wouldn't recommend to others. Shame.
