沒吹風機 沒烘乾機 要啥啥沒有 房間裡一股酒味 不推薦 晚上有很多奇奇怪怪的人出入酒店

本來帶小孩來遊行、預約大床房、衹剩普通雙人床、沒辦法又被加了2天加了40加幣、改成行政政房。前台服務態度很不好。有些待答不理的感覺。而且很不寧時。房間還可以。但衞生不好、桌面上有上一一個客戶的飲食痕記。無洗嗽用品、毛面巾、無一次性拖鞋。

The hotel was under renovation so that may have affected things. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, they let me check in earlier than their 3pm check in time, but lets be honest, they weren't full and preventing people from checking in early when they have rooms free is just bad service. The hotel itself was underwelming, and everything was bare minimum effort. It smelled of cleaning solution and cigarettes, and has poor soundproofing. There was no water in the room and their vending machine was empty, so I had to walk to a nearby gas station to get something to drink. It is close to the airport and within a few blocks of restaurants, but this place has the feel of barely kept up motel. I guess this is what you get in this price range in Calgary.

Nous avons fait 4 jours dans cet hôtel et depuis notre arrivée, il n y a eu aucun service de chambre. La poussière sur la chaise et les murs. Nos serviettes de bain n’ont pas été changé. Un petit déjeuner acheté au super marché avec un muffin et un sandwich avec la date de péremption quasiment dépassée. Nous devons descendre à l’accueil pour aller le chercher. Nous l’avons pris le premier et nous ne sommes plus du tout descendu au risque de se faire intoxiquer. Je n’ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel aussi médiocre. Je m’étonne même qu’il soit encore ouvert. Les photos de l’hôtel ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. C’est vraiment de la publicité mensongère. Le personnel pas du tout sympathique, on lui parle la dame est sur son téléphone. Elle ne dit pas au revoir, ni bonjour. c’est le summum de la médiocrité. Première et dernière fois.
