The place very classy. Food was delicious. Pool was clean. Staff was helpful. Cottage rooms were very unique and well maintained. Very comfortable staff for friends and family.

The property was so dull. The rooms were so dirty. Hot water not working. Bad smelling from room. Worst experience. Too high price and poor service. Never ever stay with the same hotel again.

5 star only for a "*** in blue" mr. John, working his best to serve the guests and responsible for everything in property. Unfortunately, the guy has least authority and is answerable to all the situation. One of the receptionists is a useless fellow, who knows nothing but to fight. There is a hidden charge of rs. 400 for cotton cloth which the receptionist refers to as a swimming costume and irrationally asks guests thinking they are all from planet mars. He also said that swimming costume is mandatory and is written in the mm t voucher, which i & mm t customer care could not find. I thank mm t that they could recognise the issue and handled it perfectly.

Our experience at 19 be-lo cabana was excellent. Located at very near to main market in calanguate, goa with good condition of amenities. Food was delicious. We offered very best service while our stay. All the staff members were very supportive and they provided instant services on one call.

The place is good and the swimming pool is also good but this resort needs maintenance as rooms looked dusty as there was dust all around the room for example Lamps was looking like they never cleaned them, cupboards were also not cleaned. some tiles were broken inside the pool which was hurting the feet. The food was really good and the staff and service was really good.

Rooms are not maintained. The rooms need to be renovated. Especially washrooms are stinky. Exteriors are good & property is well developed (especially garden & pool area. However rooms are not good w. R. T. The charges. Staffs are well behaved & helpful. Food is ok. We won't prefer it in our next travel due to the unhygienic rooms.

The stay was wonderful. Overall staff was polite and supportive throughout. The cottages were lovely and cozy. If visiting goa will surely stay at this place again.
