Hotel rooms are not cleaned and beds are rusted and having termites, not maintained rooms. Bedsheets are also not cleaned, AC cooling not so good

First and foremost difficulty is parking facility is not available, you have to every time use Pay and Park facility which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, no hot water was available in bathroom for bath, floring was badly broken How ever the breakfast was good

location and room size was good but the cleanliness, beddings, balcony, window, tv, sofa, bed was terrible. won't recommend to stay here with the family.

Hi , Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Food also very tasty and hygienic. but Swimming pool is need to repair very dangerous . And in room sofa com bed , curtains need to replace. it's all broken.

bathroom mirror was faded should change it taste of breakfast is normal work on it. staff is very nice and helpful

Pros: the overall stay was good. Rooms are well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was very good with more options. The hotel's restaurant also serves food at very reasonable prices. Cons: the pool is not properly maintained and there is a warning board placed saying that the pool tiles are broken and getting into the pool is at your risk. We thought of having a good time with our 1. 5yr old kid at the pool but couldn't even go near. Secondly, there is no lift for the hotel and we were given a room in the 3rd floor. If u forget something and come down, then again climbing 3 floors through stairs was a waste of time and effort for us.
