森蒂多菲多圖坎酒店 - 限成人 (Sentido Fido Tucan - Beach Hotel)

Au delà de nos attentes ! Personnel courtois, avenant et très poli. La nourriture était excellente et très variée que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner ou le souper. Très propre et lits confortables. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits et sommes ravis ! Je recommande fortement !

I stayed at this hotel for a few days on my own to relax and focus on sports. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The information stated that the gym opened at 08:00 in the morning, but this turned out not to be true. When I asked about it, the staff responded vaguely and eventually I was told the gym would only open at 09:30. This was very inconvenient as I specifically chose this hotel because of the gym facilities. In addition, my room was cleaned while I was away and the housekeeping staff left my room door open afterwards. This meant anyone could have walked straight into my room, which made me feel very unsafe. When I tried to report this issue, a friend of mine helped me because my English/Spanish is not very good. The male employee at the reception behaved very disrespectfully and in a very unfriendly manner. He did not allow my friend to help translate for me and his attitude and way of speaking were absolutely not customer friendly and came across as very disrespectful towards women. Besides that, the hotel is very noisy, outdated and every evening there was loud music until around 22:30, making it difficult to properly relax. I will add photos showing the stated gym opening hours as well as photos showing that my hotel room door was left open after cleaning. Overall, this was not the experience I expected and I would not return to this hotel.

At first I thought that the room was a bit basic . You definitely need ear plugs for the air condition unit . Food average . That being said value for money and location can’t fault Entertainment and the prices around the pool were fab . Cleaning staff were great. Would go back again
