During my stay (April) was cold weather and heating was not working. Everything other was excellent. Price/quality, food, entertainment, hotel staff, etc.

We arrived and were given a different room to the one we booked via the website. Trip were really good at rectifying the issue however it meant we had to spend a night as a couple of dingy foam mattress single beds at different heights in a room full of black mould that had been painted over. The hotel did eventually move us to the room we had booked but not without Trips assistance meaning we both picked up horrendous coughs from the first nights stay. we noticed other people coughing horrendously throughout the stay & witnessed multiple people asking to move rooms. The rooms that have been renovated are fine, but it is simple a con - a complete waste of money and nobody should be accommodated in the unrenovated rooms as they are dangerous and not fit for people to stay in. On top of that the unlimited alcohol was incredibly weak/watered down. Recommend to avoid at all costs
