Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Unsanitary Conditions across Both Properties (Golden Gate Residency & Nomad Residency) I have traveled extensively, and this is without a doubt the absolute worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The company operates two locations—Golden Gate Residency and Nomad Residency—and the conditions across both properties are completely unacceptable. Management clearly has zero regard for basic hygiene, guest safety, or customer service. Property & Room Conditions Filthy & Unsanitary: Upon entering Golden Gate Residency, there was a strong, nauseating sewage smell coming from the toilet. When I was placed at Nomad Residency, the odor was even worse—it literally smelled like something had died in the room. Pests & Stains: The room was infested with bugs and cockroaches, and there were visible stains on the bed sheets. Neglected Housekeeping: Rotting food had been left inside the microwave by a previous guest. I have taken photographic evidence of all these appalling conditions. Management & Staff Behavior Hostile & Indifferent: The staff and management were outright rude, unhelpful, and borderline spiteful. Whenever I tried to speak with them, they completely ignored me to stay on their phones. Refused Refunds or Solutions: Despite the unlivable conditions at Nomad Residency, management flatly refused to change my room or refund my two-day stay. Booking Platform Issues I booked this stay through 訂房網站, and it is deeply concerning that they list and fail to properly vet properties of this quality. If these were the only options available, I would genuinely rather sleep on the street. Avoid both Golden Gate Residency and Nomad Residency at all costs.

الفندق خدماته للاسف سيئه حيث طلبنا اكياس نفايات وانتظرنا اكثر من 12 ساعه ثم احضروها وكذلك خدمة الانترنت ليست بهذه الجودة العالية وللاسف الشديد الحمام كذلك عند الترويش الماء لا يتدفق نحو البلاعة بل يذهب خارج باب الحمام نحو الصاله ويوجد ضعف في تدفق الماء من المغسله وطلبنا خدمة الكوي ولا يعرف المظفون هذه الخدمة وكل يعطي من رأسه كلام هذه اول مره اسكن عندهم واخر مره
