設施還行，交通方便，環境不錯，衞生還行，賓至如歸。

浴室の電気が切れかけていてWi-Fiが弱い、朝食付きだったが他の人と違い果物が入っていなかった。値段はリーズナブルでよかったが他にも安くて良さそうなホテルがあったので移動する。

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences of My Life This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, I found a cockroach inside the refrigerator. The hotel staff sprayed insecticide, but the problem did not disappear. The following morning, I found around three more cockroaches in the room. I was then told that this particular room was “known” for having a cockroach problem, and I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. The refrigerator was extremely dirty, so I cleaned it myself, only to discover that it was not working. I requested another refrigerator, but the replacement they brought also contained insects (small insects, not cockroaches). After complaining again, they eventually replaced it. There were also multiple maintenance problems: * The window was broken and could not close properly. * The air conditioner was not working properly. With temperatures reaching 37–38°C in Cairo, this was extremely uncomfortable. I reported the problem repeatedly for five days and was repeatedly told, “We will fix it,” but it was never fixed. * A water pipe was leaking, and despite reporting it, it was never repaired. * The bathroom light was constantly flickering. * The bedding was uncomfortable and even had what appeared to be a cigarette burn mark on it. On top of all of this, I developed several insect bites during my stay. I cannot say for certain what caused them, but I had three noticeable bites after staying in this hotel. What was most frustrating was not just the number of problems, but the fact that the staff repeatedly promised to fix them without actually doing anything. I was patient and gave them multiple opportunities to resolve the issues, but almost nothing was properly addressed. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. Hygiene, maintenance, and basic room conditions were far below an acceptable standard. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

الفندق نقلنا من غرفتي ثاني يوم واستدعونا من مشوارنا لوجود عملاء اخرين حجزوا نفس الغرفة التي أقامنا فيها ورجعنا سريعا من المشوار للفندق نجمع اغراضنا وشنطنا بسرعة ونقلونا لغرفة اخرى ومكيفها لا يبرد الفطار في الفندق متواضع وكمية محدودة جدا

深夜なのにしっかりと対応してくれるから嬉しかった。エジプトとは思え無い綺麗さてと楽しみたいと思っていたが今やってるやつの、、買ってもう1週間の！買ってからずっと前から離れたところがありますの。

War super gut und gerne immer wieder

Good cheap rooms..small fridge inside.. but you can hear others talking in hallways.. free breakfast good value

Honestly, this place is a complete disaster. It does not feel safe, and the noise is constant—you hear the road, the neighbors, everything. There is no comfort at all. Cleanliness is shocking. The toilet smells, there is hair everywhere, dust in the room, and the towels look dirty. The pillow was so bad that I couldn’t even use it and had to sleep on my own towel. The staff are very unprofessional. The girl Nada at reception was rude, and the rest of the team does not look trained or suitable for hospitality work. The cheap price is a trap. Don’t fall for it. Pay a little more and stay somewhere you can actually relax.
