非常糟糕的入住體驗，私隱和服務都令人失望。 我平時很少給差評，但這次經歷實在無法接受。出差在這家酒店連續住了近半個月，離店前一天下午，酒店工作人員竟然在沒有敲門、沒有徵得我同意的情況下，直接刷卡進入我的房間。隨後，經理以酒店內部系統顯示我當天退房為由，態度強硬地要求我立即收拾行李離開，儘管我的訂房網站訂單明確顯示次日退房。我收拾行李期間，酒店還多次催促施壓。最終，我衹能在回國前一晚獨自拖著行李打車另找酒店。 除此之外，酒店淋浴水壓很小、洗澡中途沒有熱水、衞生間排水不暢，最後幾天打掃衞生和送瓶裝水也需要反覆打電話催促。 最無法接受的是對住客私隱的侵犯，以及經理處理問題時強硬、缺乏專業性的態度。 即使存在訂單日期爭議，也應該先核實並妥善溝通，而不是未經允許進入房間並直接趕客。絕不推薦。

1. The hotel evaluation in 訂房網站.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the 訂房網站 .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and booked Premier Pool View rooms. However, upon arrival, we were given only two Pool View rooms, while the other two rooms were standard side-view rooms, which did not match our booking. Unfortunately, the hotel manager, Mr. Mahmud, and the receptionist, who was also named Mahmud, were very unprofessional and unhelpful. They even attempted to move us to another location despite the fact that we had already made our reservation online. Fortunately, we stood our ground and insisted that the hotel honor our original booking. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. I would also like to commend Mr. Hussein & the lady, the morning receptionist, for them excellent service and professionalism. The other reception staff and lobby attendants were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and some excellent staff members, but the way our booking was handled was disappointing. I hope the management will improve its customer service and ensure that guests receive the rooms they have actually booked.

كانت أقامه ممتازة موقع قريب من كل شئ طعام لذيذ كل الشكر لمستر محمود مدير الفندق ومستر محمد الشاذلى ومستر محمد عبد الصبور وعاجز عن شكركم جميعا بدون استثناء ولكم الجنة بسبب حسن الخلق والنظافة في اليونفرم والقيافة والضيافة والتر يحيب و الابتسامة والجنة الصابرين بغير حساب ومن لا يشكر الناس لايشكر الله وتقبلو مني التحية والتقدير والاحترام
