second time around here,we got an upgraded. apartment style room which is very spacious instead of a deluxe room. everything was nice and fantastic, maybe just a lil improvement in their wifi would be really nice.

Bathroom was outdated but room was clean. Balcony very small and curtains let a lot of light through so difficult to sleep in the mornings. Reception staff super helpful with any queries and great location. Fitness centre hasn't really got a lot in there, don't rely on it for a good workout!

Only good thing is the location - walking distance to a lot of good food options, the lagoon, etc. However we didn't appreciate that there's no free WiFi unless you sign up for membership. We signed up and were promised late check out as well, but they didn't honour it. They also don't have any room service whatsoever in the apartments if you stay less than a week (we stayed 6 days). We had to keep going to ask for fresh towels at reception, and they don't collect the used ones - we were told to just leave them in the room, so we had piles of wet towels sitting there getting mouldy. And the worst thing was, the "fresh" towels given were not clean!! Found brown streaks / spots on 4 different towels, absolutely disgusted and don't even want to imagine what those stains could be. Never coming back for sure.

Room wasn't ready on time (30mins late) and when we got to the room it had not been made up . Got changed to a room that wasn't the cleanest and the view was worse than the original .not a great experience and would expect better from a 4 star hotel !

主要是預訂之後，到達前一週降價特別大，降價幅度超過了預訂價格的30%，和平台和櫃枱商量無果，眼睜睜看著這麼多錢白花了，心裡不舒服。酒店設施一般。

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Bed and air-conditioned made for a very comfortable sleep. Kitchen was well equipped for a long term stay if needed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
