酒店離港口稍遠但是好在價格比較合適，稍微走個十多分鐘就可以。晚上走路雖然人很少但是感覺也很安全。如果過了checkin時間店家會主動在郵箱裡留鑰匙、如果沒收到郵件的話可以在門口call一下也有前台出來對應

Reasonable price for a wonderful service Highly recommend everyone to stay in Heritage Cairns. The staff was responsive to our night arrival and everything was pretty smooth. The rooms were clean and the WiFi connection is stable too. The staff kindly arranged a suitable room for my mum who was not good at walking. Moreover, the staff let us use the shower room with towel and amenities even we had already checked out that day. Many thanks for their hospitality!

・ホテルの立地がすごく良かった（歩いていける・バス停が近い） ・フロントスタッフがいない時間帯にホテルに帰るときは、ルームキーを差し込まないと自動扉が開かないのでセキュリティは安心 ・アメニティはシャンプー２つと固形石鹸が２つ ・荷物預かりはチェックイン前、アウト後、両方してもらった ・フレンドリーなスタッフさんで宿泊してよかった

下次來凱恩斯還在這兒住 設施:稍微有點舊但大體很不錯 衞生：房間寬敞整潔很乾凈 環境：環境很好離海邊很近，去哪兒都方便 服務：服務特別好，前台很熱情

相比那些海邊的度假酒店離碼頭稍遠，但離市中心也就1公里。設施比較老舊，但房間挺大的。如果對酒店沒有額外要求的話是一個不錯的落腳處。

Alright location, 10-15 minutes walk to city center. Parking lot really close to the room, convenient handling of luggage.

Excellent value for money, and incredibly close to the Esplanade so the location is perfect. Furnishings are definitely old though, but for the price you pay - you cannot complain. Swimming pool is very small, unheated and a little dirty, but fine if you want to get accustomed to water before doing the reef (which is what you're in Cairns for right?)!

Das Hotel ist für eine Nacht ganz gut. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist schön sehr teuer für so ein Zimmer, das Zimmer war eher älter und das Bett ist nicht wirklich gut.

The hotel is basic, but the team is very nice and it is well located. The room is silence and the bed is confortable. I stayed there few times and is very good.
