設施太差，住在一樓，晚上發現百葉窗關閉不嚴，全部都漏光，院子裡的燈光明晃晃照了一晚上根本睡不著。

We booked Bay village for the good location. Didn't realise how convenient it was . We could walk to kmart and even to the cruise terminal for our skylovers cruise. For kuranda skyrail tour, they provided pick up at bay village, so that was one of our considerations when booking. There's lots of variety of food/restaurants within walking distance.

2月11日-14日這個酒店經常偷東西的，隔壁鄰居就説了這偷東西是常態，這次我們被偷東西的事情，根本沒人搭理，訂房網站也不負責，

Facilities are great, kitchen was a bit tired though. My only complaint was that both of the double beds had mattresses which had collapsed springs - time for a change.

Overall good, but a very strong paint smell in the room, there also was a bad smell coming from toilet. There was a large spider on the wall in the bathroom. The balcony was very dirty as if it has never been cleaned. But the customer desk personnel were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Next stay we will book an apartment room instead of single room. But overall it was pleasant apart from the abovementioned.

The room facilities are relatively old and the lights are dim. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality. The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery. The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks. A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.

A well presented accommodation with everything you need. I really liked the front desk hours. They are open till 10.30 pm. The only setback was that the wi fi didn't work.

라군에서 걸어갈려면 20분정도 걸리네요ㅠ 인포에 계시는 직원분이 친절했어요 가성비에 만족하고 중간에 리비어보트로 1박이 비었을때 짐도 맡겨주셨어묘
