新婚旅行で利用しました！ ハネムーンと伝えたら、お部屋にワインとチョコをプレゼントしてくださいました！ 日本人のスタッフの方も1名いて、英語で聞きにくいことも聞けてよかったです！ スタッフみんな優しくて、丁寧でした！ 溼気が若干あると感じたのと、シャワー室が構造上トイレまで濡れてしまうのが殘念だったぐらいです。

We stayed in an executive room on the eighth (of nine) floors in mid-July.  The executive lounge was generally poorly stocked and food and drinks often unavailable with no staff around for over a couple of hours at a time. We were here for seven nights, so have a reasonably good time frame to judge.  The swimming pool is surprisingly frigid in July, actually unpleasantly cold when there was any kind of breeze or cloud cover.  The bathroom shower drainage was not ideal: every short shower resulted in puddles on the bathroom floor; long showers meant the whole floor was covered in standing water.  Every time the neighbors used the spa or coffee machine, the noises were very loudly transmitted into our room.  The balcony was very nice and the wicker furniture comfortable.

房子比較老舊，但靠近海，離碼頭非常近，走到碼頭就幾分鐘，非常方便出海！從碼頭到酒店的路邊，有很多飯店，有袋鼠肉及鱷魚肉，敢嘗試的可以品嚐品嚐！

ケアンズへ家族と行きました。全般スムーズな旅でした。ホテルのロケーションや現地でのアクティビティも大満足でまた行きたいと思います。現地の食事は日本人好みだと思います。直行便で時間も効率的でした。

The location is ideal. Near to everything you need to visit in Cairns, Great Barrier Reef wharf, water park, restaurants, museums. When you have to get up early to meet your tour schedule, location is the key. Very friendly staff. Room is clean with amazing water view. Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices. Although in view of the age of the hotel, it has little tears and wears, 4 stars service and comforts are something we are looking for, instead of some fancy golden decoration in the hallway. We definitely will come back when we visit Carins.

空港からも近く、ホテルのフロントスタッフの方も とても感じがよかった。グリーン島のツアーに參加しましたが、ホテルから徒歩數分なので立地が良かった。 歯ブラシは部屋にないのでフロントに言えばもらえます。 2泊快適に過ごせました。ケアンズに來たらまたここに泊まりたいと思う

位置很好就在海邊，服務也很好，熱情禮貌周到。就是老酒店了，設施陳舊一些。 入住很方便 周圍吃住玩很棒，景色也很美，就在碼頭旁邊，坐船去大堡礁很方便。
