Room was okay, as usual. I’ve usually been staying at new dawn plus whenever I visit Ca***an. I was not that satisfied though as that day the hotel was fully booked and the room I booked was unavailable. Ff while I was talking with the support from Trip for about 10-15 mins, the receptionist from the hotel informed me that a bigger room was available so I grabbed it. Had to pay a little extra and fortunately Trip assisted me with this for the inconvenience

So love the place! Easy access to establishments. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and good. They also have restobar in the roofdeck. Cozy and has nice view.

The room is not clean. Dust can be found anywhere. They only use blinds for the windows and not curtains. The heat of the sun would touch your skin. It’s not sound proof since you can loudly hear the people walking and talking outside your room.
