酒店歷史悠久，位置極好，所有房間都可以看到大海。一邊可以看到日出，另外一邊可以看到日落，非常棒的體驗。無論出海釣魚，還是觀鯨魚，看日出日落，遊艇碼頭距離酒店幾百米，徒步可以方便到達。

Rogelio at the bar is extremely rude and ruined the vacation for us. He refused to answer our questions and gave us the death stare as if asking a simple question “where to order” was a sin. Food , location, is great. I would urge hotel management to speak to Rogelio.

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through 訂房網站. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

Spent 4 nights at playa Grande and it exceeded expectations. Rooms were very spacious with a view of the ocean. The location was also perfect being walking distance to the Marina/restaurants/nightlife. Will be returning again!

It's cheap but I'd pay more to not be treated as poorly. The people at the front desk will give you the run around. If you have a need, they will challenge you first as part of the culture. The resort was probably nice at one time but it is not maintained (most the gym equipment is broken). They talked me into a room that would be available sooner since I was there early and 4 hours later it was still not available. They told me they'd call me and they didn't. I went to check it out and the service people were all in a circle telling stories in the lawn an hour past checkin time. I also paid my pool tab with my family's help to make sure I tipped correctly and they called my room 4x ($2ea) to have me come back for something. I went back and it was already signed with a tip & the next day 4 people come up to me to address the same signed tab. They had me go to the front desk I was all over the place for no reason except to confirm it was my tab. I just kept signing the same tab. When I went to check out it was the same thing. They said I wasn't in the room I had so I couldn't check out so I went to my shuttle which they pulled me out of it to go back in and sign for a 0 balance. Seriously. Stay somewhere else. It's not even conveniently located to walk into town. I will say the people they hired to conduct activities was amazing. My family enjoyed pool volleyball and bingo and Christmas themed costumes on Christmas Day. Props to them.

Love this resort. There were a couple inconveniences such as construction right under my room but customer service is unbeatable at accommodating and customers happy. Can’t complain. Can’t beat the location right on the beach and just minutes from the marina walking. Love itttttt.
