시설이 생각만끔 깔끔하지 않았고 룸 컨디션이 호텔이라고 보기는 힘들정도 였습니다 침대에 먼지가 털리지 않아서 찜찜 했습니다 가성비가 있는지 여부는 판단이 힘들 듯 합니다 예약시기에 따라서 금액차가 있는 것 같습니다 건물이 하나가 아닌데다 건물 구조가 좀 복잡해서 룸 찾는데 시간 많이 걸렸습니다 호텔직원 에스코트 받아서 가는게 좋을 것 같습니다 시티뷰 사진 올립니다 참고하세요

The hotel is in marina , which is convenient but it’s not particularly comfortable since there is construction going on in the morning quite disturbing We met a good concierge Estela, and booked our day tour through hotel with a rather good price There is a club introduction but it’s not pushy and staff are quite friendly It’s quite a standard stay experience

La ubicación estratégica le da un plus. Los servicios en habitación no es muy ágil pero en recepción te resuelven inquietudes de cualquier tipo. Muy cómodo y seguro.

Check-in was terrible. Not allowed an early check-in. Only 2 clerks at desk with a very long line. After waiting 45+ minutes to get to front of line they sent you to a second line to get your room key! Seriously? Then our room was probably the furthest from the lobby...far! Awake for most of night as very loud music at a bar close by until almost 3am, but the worst was woken up in middle of night with toxic raw sewage smell from bathroom. Had to cover shower drain with towel, close door then put another towel under door. Almost unable to use bathroom in morning while holding my breath. When I discussed issue with front desk the next morning and after much discussion was give $20 coupon for pool bar. I will never come here again. Only positive was nice buffet breakfast in pool area. So disappointed!

I was not allowed to register at the front desk! I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many luxurious hotels including Mexico. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness on the part of a front desk manager. When asked to explain the policies that she wanted me to sign, without reading, she became increasingly rude and tore the document in half and told us our reservation was canceled and to leave the property. We did so and were left without a place to stay for the night. Luckily we were able to secure a room for the night at a hotel where the front desk was courteous, helpful, and kind. Of course, with this kind of experience, I would tell anyone never to stay at the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel. I am requesting a full refund from 訂房網站 and an apology from from Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel.

La habitación estuvo muy limpia, en el momento del check-in el recepcionista no fue muy cortez ni amable, no dio al menos una sonrisa ni un saludo, lo demás estuvo bien área de albercas y restaurantes.
