This is a nice resort but did feel very expensive for what it was. Positives: Nice, calm environment and great to spend a few days relaxing Great breakfast Negatives: Room aircon has locked settings and unable to cool the room properly. No filtered water available other than small bottle on check in. I was advised to fill my water bottle with the bathroom tap or shower which is poor considering hostels offer drink fountains. No robes and very limited toiletries. No assistance from staff with heavy bags which is a shame because I’m pregnant and it’s not as easy as it usually is!

The staff at this resort are friendly and more than happy to help where they can.  We found the food menu to fancy for our taste and a little bit to expensive ($$$)so a short walk down the road to the local pub gave great dinner choices ( steak and chips… parmigiana…. More average person food)  The hotel definitely caters for more corporate type of people We had trouble getting ice as the ice machine was broken and they were not that willing to handover buckets of ice from the bar however they did give us small amounts at the time. Overall great place to stay for one or two days but probably wouldn’t stay there any longer

I stayed for 2 nights. The front staff were friendly and efficient. I appreciate being able to leave my luggage in the locker and continue to use the facilities while I waited for my flight. I definitely would stay here again!

Pro : 1) Environment was safe, peaceful and clean. 2) Room was spacious and clean with daily room service. 3) Room wi-fi was fast. 4) Parking was free and plentiful. 5) Hotel facilities very good. 6) 5 mins. drive to Cable Beach. 7) Balcony facing swimming pool. Con : 1) No convenient store nearby. Definitely will stay again.
