the smell of chlorine are all over the place. some trash is not properly cleaned and low house keeping services. but in contrast with these comments location and cleanlines of the place are intact

The services is great. I only want to open up about the room condition, when we enter we saw some dirts in the area and there is a booger on the wall. They should have double checked it and also the bed we were using has a hole on it meaning the bed is not in good condition yet it is working it should have been changed. Hoping to stay soon and hopeful for you handle this criticism constructionally.

不清潔、ネズミが、うろちょろしているし、蚊もいて妻が最悪に文句を言われた。場所も治安と不便だったとの事です。ただ孫及び姉の宿泊には、値引してもらって感謝しています。もう2度と泊まりたくない。 ホテルの事ではないが、御社のオペレーターには、受託手荷物の件で、失望しました。教育の指導を宜しくお願い致します。
