Was a great experience convenient.. Thank u but just to suggest to address your guest when going to the room about towel etc that it is by request so we know what to do.. Thank u

사진과 다르다 방이 너무적다 오직 침대하나 놓은 방이라서 2인이 생활하기엔 불편하다 화장실도 물도 잘안나오고 하루밤만 자고 하루를 손해보고 다른 호텔로 옮겼다

it is accessible to SM Butuan with a few minutes walk but they might have to train staff for customer service experience.
