Very comfortable and clean bed. I liked the pillows and sheets very much. Right outside Robinsons Mall.

Booked for my friend and they said the Hotel was good. Room was cleaned well and the receptionist was very accommodating.

I requested for iron sked,a day before i needed it but didnt get response,that they cant provide for it.our first assigned room smelled cigarette to think its a non smoking place/room.staff is not enough to clean the stairs,in my 2nights stay.guest during our stay are so loud,children are running at 11pm that woke me up.

They are friendly and accommodating. I arrived early in butuan and supposedly the check in will be after 2pm but as soon as they have an available room they checked me in earlier and there’s no headin charges.

This must be the worst hotel service my family's had.
First, security : no one even tried to check our bags. Imagine if terrorists/criminals/bad people could check in without anyone stopping them from bringing weapons.
Second, cleanliness, our room was filthy and smelled really bad. We had children with us and since they couldn't offer a larger bed, we had to compress single beds, no issue there. But the issue was the floor underneath the beds were YUCKY.
The whole floor area was YUCKY.
The restroom and lavage also smelled.
Third, they did transfer us to another room, we had the utilities mop the floor, and guess what, HE USED A STINKY AND DIRTY MOP. Like what?????
Plus the TV wasnt working and it looked like they just wanted us to deal with it.
We don't need superstar quality naman, we understand the price we pay. But we also had our gohotels experience in iligan and it was great.
Gohotels butuan somehow degraded.
Last time we were here was around 2016/2017 and it was great naman.
Right now, ok naman yung staff, they are accommodating and kind,the thing is, madumi and parang walang nagmemaintain ng cleanliness mashado sa lugar.

The location is accessible to almost all establishments, although the amenities were not that good. The sink of my room is a little clogged, but not that serious to worry about.
