I recently stayed at Amarah Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting a positive tone for my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable beds, fresh linens, a strong Wi-Fi connection, and a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. One of the highlights of Amarah Hotel was the ambiance — modern yet homey, creating a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The restaurant served delicious food, with a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Breakfast was especially satisfying, with both local and international options available. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near key spots, making it easy to explore the area. Transportation was accessible, and there were shops and cafes nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Amarah Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and memorable stay. I’m looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful hotel, but as a new hotel they are poorly unorganised and many amenities are still yet to be completed. Couldnt vook the meeting rooms. The internet in the rooms always dropped out amd very unreliable to do business meetimgs, I had to rum team calls down near reception. Inconvenient!. ,I stayed in 3 different rooms and woke up to no hot water for a shower more than twice. Poor comtrols in place to ensure a customer room is ready and functioning. The food is probably great for locals but not for westerners. Many advertised meals they simply dont have. Great poolside, but no outside bar, or aloud to have a drink in the pool area. I will be a regular business visitor to Butuan during 2025 and therefore looking for a decent place that has a variety of food and reliable internet. Didn't fins it here.

Bad Services especially from the front desk and restaurant . personnel are racist , Personnel must treat fairly to all customers not because they looks desent or not desent, Incindent happen yesterday I booked a room for my wife and my son for one night stayed (suit room I guest). During their stay , She was not fairly treated by the personnel at the receptions and thier actions and reactions shown disrespect to my wife . Even when she approach your personnel at the restaurant same she was not fairly treated as wlll, personnel actions / reactions shown disrepect and my wife was embarassed due to this actions from the hotel personnel. Everything WAS GREAT DURING OUR STAY, GOOD HOTEL, BUT ONLY ONE THING We've NOTICED WITH MY HUSBAND, that WAS THE drinking WATER shouldn't be upon request by the guest . WATER MUST BE READY COLD OR ROOM TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE ROOM,.
