釜山景觀酒店-釜山車站 (Busan Station Busan View Hotel)

ロケーションや部屋の広さはすごく良かったです。3人で2泊しましたが広々と使えました。ただ清潔の面ではタオルが汚れていたりお風呂場が下水の匂い？がしていました。 広さとロケーションを優先するのであればすごく良いと思います！

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, man ist nah am Bahnhof. Der Service ist gut, auch wenn ich nach Ankunft etwas warten musste. Zum Zimmer (901): im Bad war ein verkohler Föhn, im Schlafzimmer gab es aber einen Ersatzföhn. Der ist aber unpraktisch, weil die ganze Station beim föhnen mit in der Luft hängt. Ich würde den kaputten dann abmontieren. An den Wänden sind flecken. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer ist sehr laut. Dort war eine Badewanne, aber es kam nur sehr heißes Wasser raus (kalt ging in keine Richtung). Die Badewanne hat Brandflecken. Japanische Toilette. Möbel sind abgenutzt. Was machen die Gäste in den Zimmern? Slipper, Zahnbürste etc wurden bereitgestellt. Ich bekam ein Upgrade, war aber aus den genannten Gründen nicht ganz zufrieden. Zudem war es ein Raucherzimmer. Für eine Nacht und 32€ war es ok. Würde es aber nicht für eine längere Zeit oder für mehr Geld buchen.

優點：非常近釜山站，6號出口可以不用行樓梯。熱水夠熱，水壓好，有智能電視及馬桶。 缺點：非常殘舊，沒有衣櫃，沒有拖鞋提供。職員經常不在位置，房間電話也打不到下去， Wi-Fi密碼要自己找，就在電視機機頂盒上面。冷氣不能調較。明明網站有寫每天清理房間，我們住了三天兩晚並沒有人收拾房間。燈光有問題，洗澡洗了一半會突然關燈。另外房間只有一個垃圾桶。

酒店離釜山站較近，步行約10分鐘。頂樓露台比較出片，奈何設施較舊，空調也不是很足，勝在位置較好，價格也講究。

Honestly, this place was disappointing. On my first day, I was given a room with the door wide open and the shower area still wet — like someone had just used it. When I brought it up, the receptionist acted like nothing was wrong. We had to push hard to get them to change the room. The towels are provided is tiny and honestly useless. The only good thing is the location, but the receptionist’s unfriendly attitude every time we spoke really ruined the stay.

房間很大很整潔，設備齊全，還有一個大大的浴缸，晚上泡澡很舒服。哪裡都很乾凈，喜歡住這裡，連住了兩天。

Room is big enough, can open two big baggage at the same time Disadvantage: -The guy who is receptionist is really really really bad attitude, he asked us if we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, his pronunciation not so clear, we heard 4 lights and we do not understand what he was talking, I asked again, he was so mad, when he taught us how to use the room control to turn on air conditioner, his face looked so annoyed, I don't care if you don't understand English, you can use papago or chatgpt or any other translation tools, at least try your best to communicate with us, please respect your job and the guest, there are so many tourists from different countries, and English is a MUST if you need to work in travel industry!!!!! 프론트 데스크에 있던 남자 직원의 태도가 정말 정말 정말 나빴습니다. 그는 우리에게 이 호텔에 4박을 하는지 물어봤는데, 발음이 정확하지 않아서 우리는 '4 lights'라고 들렸고 무슨 말을 하는지 이해하지 못했습니다. 그래서 다시 물어봤더니, 그는 매우 화가 난 듯한 태도를 보였습니다. 에어컨을 켜는 방법을 설명해줄 때도 얼굴에 짜증이 가득해 보였습니다. 영어를 못하더라도 괜찮습니다. 파파고나 CHATGPT 같은 번역 도구를 이용하면 됩니다. 최소한 우리와 소통하려는 노력을 해주세요. 본인의 일과 손님에 대한 기본적인 존중은 지켜야 합니다. 이곳에는 다양한 나라에서 온 관광객들이 많습니다. 여행업계에서 일하고 싶다면 영어는 필수입니다!!! - No hot water during shower.

昨天已傳相片，影片給平台客服務部了，所以相片不用再傳了，飯店很差，1樓櫃檯 悶熱（沒冷氣）人在那兒會受不了，櫃檯年輕小夥子 男生 25歲上下，擺臭臉，沒笑容，不親切，服務很爛，空間狹窄，沒公共設施，電梯裡面地板上 裂痕好幾片，慘兮兮，房間一開始入住有黴味很重，冷氣不冷，要等待時間很久 才會慢慢有冷氣的感覺，房間裡 很差，非常差，椅子壞掉 也不丟掉換新的，寧可放在房間內續使用，牆壁裂痕 脫落，沒有杯子，連一個都沒有，那麼多缺點，沒什麼好評論，總結一句話 差

交通便利離釜山車站走路3分鐘到達，辦理入住時櫃檯先生幫忙升等客房，飯店樓下斜對面有布帳馬車美食，附近餐廳多，下次旅行會列入回訪。
