西面館天堂2號酒店 (2 Heaven Hotel Seomyeon)

Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a business class room but the room I was given was completely different and not as described. The room was so cold that I had to sleep in my clothes and I was still freezing - the floor heating did not work and they did not give me a remote for the air conditioner. My store bought water bottle froze overnight as if it had been in the freezer - that's how cold it was. There were no toiletries and the towel was tiny - barely enough to dry my hands. Check in is not until 6pm which is very inconvenient. The most alarming thing is that the door opens with a simple code "1234" without any key card. They gave me a card, it only turned on the electricity in the room when I entered and that’s it. Where is the security of the door? In the middle of the night the landline phone in my room started ringing very loudly - louder than any alarm clock, probably heard throughout the entire hotel. I jumped up abruptly. I picked up the phone, no one answered. Then someone started slamming doors in the hallway. I really felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep anymore, the simple password to the door was stuck in my head. One of the worst night experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this place.

Down at the counter the manager is an old man from the temple he won't be able to communicate with the client very rude and the room was very dirty and there was a smell of sewage the TV doesn't work the room was very cold well the smell was very stinky the floors were very dirty I don't advise anyone to visit here🦠🦠🦠

Рядом с метро. Номер подуставший. Когда пришел заселяться, то на ресепшене никого не было, пришлось ждать минут 15. Но персонал приветливый. В номере не было фена, дали только на 2й день.  Приятно удивила ванная комната, большая.

位置就再地鐵站出來2-5分鐘走路會到的地方，但除了這個優點，我繳不出任何的優點了 今天釜山溫度是-2度，但是房內暖氣是壞掉的，房間溫度是8-10度 跟櫃檯的一位大叔反應了三次，都告訴我他們是屬於中央空調的暖氣加熱系統，加熱速度沒這麼快，等了幾個小時後依舊室內溫度沒有提升，非常的冷，再次反應，得到的結果也是一樣，並且告訴我加熱時間多久他不知道，還非常大聲的跟我說話，極度不禮貌！ 房間內沒有附吹風機，去櫃檯詢問，告訴我吹風機需要拿護照來租借，租借沒問題畢竟每間飯店的規則不一樣，但他保管護照的地方是直接放在櫃檯桌子上，是任何人都可以隨意拿去的！他也沒有再核對，就放在櫃檯的平台上，如果有人拿錯、或者偷走，就非常麻煩，而且大叔的態度感覺根本不會理你！所以選擇當天不洗頭髮了… 總體而言，你想挑戰就住看看，我是這輩子不可能再來住這了！

踏入這個空間，彷彿置身於被精心打磨過的夢境。內外套間陽光充是，天花板上的無主燈設計散發出柔和的漫射光，值得再次入住

Very bad, don't go to that hotel, the only good thing is location, but in this area you can find many better hotels. Literally made my 訂房網站 I was looking for worse. This hotel wasn't even booked by me, but by 訂房網站.com as my original hotel planned some fire drill, therefore when I was already travelling to Asia they let me know about that and suggested this hotel as an option, I was literally going to the airport and had no time so just agreed to book for me...but I think that if they are booking they should look at the the amenities I had in previous hotel as I was for example relying on lagguage storage but this hotel doesn't provide that, moreover the check in is really late in the evening so you have to go through so much husstle. This really complicated everything and stressed me out. However, this platform to begin with should have stopped offering this hotel as it has so many bad reviews which are true, like for example bugs or cockroaches or whatever it is, this is unacceptable for ANY hotel! I tried to deal with it at the reception，they said the hotel is full so cannot change the room so I asked at least for a bug spray. Then I was trying to deal with this platform to do something about it, the good thing is they are really quick in responding but in this case not with resolving the problem. I had booked 2 nights so I was asking for rebooking at least the second night to another hotel, but they were saying that the hotel refuses a refund and basically if I would want to change hotel I have to book it all over again and pay for it without any money back. Also they just offered me around 900 points worth like 9€ which is not even a half of the hotel's price for night, I mean I wanted a place where I can safely sleep and as this hotel wasn't my 1st option to go and not my fault I expected better resolution.

청소상태 불량입니다. 춥습니다. 수건이랑 샹푸인지 바디클렌져인지 뭔지 모르겠으나 그거 하나 있음.기본적인거는 하나도 없다고 보면됩니다.

저 진짜 왠만하면 리뷰 안쓰는데 여긴 써야 할거 같아요  다른분들 리뷰 보고 그래도 머 얼마나 안좋겠어 싶어  싼맛에 2박 예약 하고 갔는데 다른 건 다 참을만했는데 냄새가 정말 .... 역대급이었요  하수구가 역류하는지 온 방에 하수구 맨홀 냄새가 미친듯이 풍겼고 방 바꿔달라고 했으나 만실이라 안되다 하더라구요  2박인데 밤늦게 체크인 해서 늦은밤 다른데 갈데도 없어서  그냥 잤는데 밤새 친구랑 기침하고 재채기하고  와 폐가 썪는 줄 알았어요..  그리고 아침에 남은 일박 포기하고 일찍 체크아웃할려고 일어나있었는데 마스터키로 누가 방문 따고 들어와서 식겁함.... 제 인생 이런 호텔? 은 처음이었습니다...  여러분 돈 좀 더 쓰더라도 다른 곳 가세요.....

我衹能説是我住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一！要不是五一期間是韓國的出遊季沒有1000以下的酒店根本不會住在這裡。平時八十塊錢的房間漲到400多，門口全是發小廣告的，自行領會吧。感覺住一晚渾身都爬滿了蟲子！千萬別住！廁所一致在滴滴答答的漏水，沙發根本不會擦，一進屋就一股發黴的味道！真的！千萬別住！

친구들이랑 시험 끝나고 밤샐려고 갔는데 생각보다 넓고 좋았어용!!위치는 춘해병원 근처이구 시설은 화장실 문이 고장나서 위험할거 같았어요
