由於希望提早入住，所以第1日房東安排我們到另一間房源，這間房源的所有設施都比較殘舊，它的洗手間沖涼的浴缸髒亂，沒有沖乾淨，馬桶有昆蟲，第2日早上房間還發現蟑螂，晚上至少聊天到12點左右，早上4點又開始聊天，第2日晚上回到住宿又在廳中發現蟑螂，並發現房客食完的食物並沒有棄置，晚上又聊天到凌晨2點左右，之後的晚上也都會發出聲音直到凌晨2點左右，除此之外由於房間的地下全是木板，所以任何一個人走過都有發出很大聲音，導致第二日早起都會感覺到睡眠不足又頭痛，第3日又在朋友的房間發現蟑螂，另外，他房間裡的空氣不太流通，由入住開始就感到不舒服，令我感冒了整個行程，實在接受不了這樣惡劣的環境，但由於租金已付無法退款只能繼續住，但以後也不會再住。原本的房源最後沒有入住，但第一日去觀察過，在通道中間發現蟑螂，公共空間的梳化上全是襪，椅子上全是衣服和毛巾，桌面上還有用過的煙頭，廚房的洗手盆內有沒有洗過的餐具，地下放了不少外賣紙袋，入面都是食完的外賣餐具，這個環境也實在無法入住。另外預訂時說明的是有空調和wifi,但實際入住房間只有1間有，wifi也沒有，房東說第二天來弄，結果晚上還未能用，之後再問已經沒有任何回覆，而且wifi最後也沒有提供，但在網頁上列明是會提供的，對此我們感到十分不滿。第2日曾一度向房東和訂房網站反映並希望退房，但房東不接受，並指出預訂確認成功沒有提早退房政策，訂房網站那邊也無能為力，所以如果希望入住這兩間房源的住客需謹慎選擇，他的房源也不算很便宜，如果短租旅遊可以考慮比較好的房間租住。兩邊房源都有不少男生入住，環境衛生情況都不太好，所以如果比較愛乾淨，怕蟑螂或對聲音比較敏感的最好不要入住。

I told myself I wouldn't leave a review, I waited a month, and finally I made up my mind! Terrible apartment, already full of cobwebs in the entrance, and they made us wait outside for an hour because the room hadn't been cleaned yet (among other things, when they finally let us in, the cleaning lady was leaving the room). The only thing that was clean in the room was the sheets; there were hairs everywhere, old, used cotton buds thrown under the bed, and the room was in a basement, and the photos online don't show this!!! Poor reception! We've spoken a thousand times, I could even upload screenshots of the calls and messages left for the people who work there, a guy who answers me once every 20 calls... we're waiting for a refund because we went in, saw the filth, and wanted to run away. I was told they would refund me the money I paid for the room, and after almost a month and a thousand calls to the reception, I still haven't received my refund! I hope for your sake that you won't stay here!
